RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER

Accounts with 14 days since you received the product to fall in love with it, if in the end it is not like that and the product is in perfect condition, you can return it or exchange it, without giving us any explanation (we will ask you for a few details as to why only to improve our service).

Destiny:

SPAIN

  • First exchange and/or return: cost borne by the Client. To have a tracking number (recommended), you can do it with Correos SA, by means of a Certified Letter.
  • In other cases: contact us.

EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL (Rest of Destinations)

  • First exchange and/or return: cost borne by the Client. To have a tracking number (recommended), you can do it with Correos SA, by means of a Certified Letter.

To process a change or a return, contact us so that we can explain how to do it. You must send us an email to info@minnimoon.com from indians

  • The reason for the return.
  • What product do you want to exchange or return.
  • What do you want the solution to be?
  • Any of the following information: Full name, email with which you placed the order or order number.

Once you have sent us the email, we will explain how to process everything and what exactly needs to be done. Don't worry, it's super easy!

Next, we are going to detail a little our shipping policy:

  • Returns and changes will always be effective at the same address where the first shipment is recorded.
  • An exchange may be made: for the same product, for another of a higher amount paying the difference, or for a lower amount receiving the corresponding refund once we receive the product.
  • The refund will be the amount of the product, never the shipping costs (except if your order has arrived broken or defective).
  • We do not make changes and returns on earrings/piercings for hygiene reasons. Nor in products that have been used.
  • When you want to make changes or refunds on an order with a promotion or discount, the refund will be proportional to the discount/promotion code that has been used. The gifts that are included in the order must also be returned in perfect condition.

You will receive the refund by the same payment method with which it was paid.

NOT: if you paid with VISA, you will receive the refund in the same VISA. Make sure that the method you used to make the payment is operational in order to receive the refund!

IF YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE

Please indicate it as soon as possible in order to solve the problem (preferably in a period of no more than 2 days from the reception of the same). We review all orders before they leave our offices, to ensure that these inconveniences do not happen.

If your order has arrived broken or defective (either due to the transport company* or the Jewel itself), we will provide you with a solution.

In the case of Ordinary Shipping in 5/7 Days, if there are damages, losses or breakage of the package due to the transport company, MINNI MOON is not responsible. It is sent by means of Ordinary Letter by Correos SA.

In the case of EXPRESS Shipping through Tipsa, MINNI MOON you are protected in case of damage, loss or breakage of the package. We recommend this option.

The options will be the following:

  • Exchange it for another identical product.
  • If it is out of stock, we will exchange it for another product of the same amount.
  • We will refund the total amount.

*If the reason for the breakage is from the transport company, it will depend on its validation to proceed with the exchange/return.

  • What happened to the product?
  • Photo of the product where the defect can be seen.
  • Any of the following information: Full name, email with which you placed the order or order number.

In this case, MINNI MOON will bear the costs. We are sorry for what happened!

DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONS

MINNI MOON reserves the right to apply discounts and promotions on certain items.

Free Surprise Gifts: in force while it is announced on the Website. Up to 3 Gifts per order, Read the "GIFTS" section.

We also reserve the right to modify/cancel/rectify the promotion at any time and notify the user of the incident that has occurred.
