Most orders arrive before the date indicated in the table, for example, for the Peninsula our average delivery time is from 24 to 48 hours, but it could be delayed. Ask us at any time!
ALL EXPRESS shipments to the Peninsula and shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra have Shipping insurance. You will receive a tracking code so you can locate your order at all times. We offer you total tranquility. A courier from TIPSA or MAIL will deliver the order to the address you indicate.
Shipments to Europe and the Rest of the World also have Shipping insurance. You will receive a tracking code so you can locate your order at all times. We offer you total tranquility. A courier from TIPSA or CORREOS will deliver the request at the address you indicate.
We review all the gems before they leave our office, to make sure you love them, so we need a preparation time of 1-2 business days.
IMPORTANT (for orders with a Tracking Code): you must be aware of receiving the order once it leaves our offices. When the jewels are sent, you will receive a tracking number so that you can locate your order, through TIPSA or CORREOS, transport companies with which we work.
If 5 days have passed since you received the email and you have not received the order, let us know and we will contact the transport company to solve the possible problem.
Orders that after a certain time are not collected/accepted, will be returned to us and the costs will be borne by the customer.
The date of delivery may vary depending on several factors: availability of the chosen product, delivery area, specific circumstances of each order or incidents of the delivery company. In case of a delay in delivery we will contact you to inform you of everything. If the order does not meet the deadline established here, MINNI MOON is not responsible because it depends exclusively on the courier company.
